So as requested by fengcheng city traffic police bureau, we developed an exclusive new electron police backstage processing system with C/S structure to increase the work efficiencyIt has the windows2003server as the operating system, the Oracle database and Delphi language as developing channel. The system integrates data input module, processing and receiving module, advanced searching module, searching and statistic module, special vehicle management module, system initialization and user management module. And it can protect the data security from local area network filching by encrypting ftp transferring module and authorizing different work to different policemen. In the mean time, it can synch a batch of local database with police network by having XML Data encapsulation technology. Moreover, it increases the data input accuracy and prevent data repeating input.As the feedback from the fengcheng traffic police bureau: it increases the work efficiency of data input, decreases the work burden of data download and inquiry. To sum up, the research from this article helps and creates its value in city traffic safety improvement and has certain social significance for the world.
