As a key component in the inertial navigation and the guidance system,Accelerometer’s performance evaluation of its dynamic performance test and specificacceleration curve is very necessary, High dynamic simulation of a large g-valuecentrifuge is such test equipment, centrifuges rotary arm at a given speed of rotationproduces centrifugal acceleration, the accelerometer is mounted on the turn armacceleration is applied load to produce the corresponding acceleration simulation curvein order to achieve of the accelerometer dynamic performance test.To date, the domestic test for inertial instruments pay more attention to theassessment of the steady-state acceleration, a variety of models of Precision centrifugedeveloped belong to the scope of the steady-state acceleration simulation test equipment,In order to achieve a high rate of change of acceleration, control and measurement ofthe rotational speed of the centrifuge requires very high precision. The main purpose ofthis paper is to study the control and measurement technology of high dynamicsimulation centrifuge, in order to achieve the requirements of the indicators of thecentrifuge. The work is mainly based on the following points:(1) This article first pointed out the significance of the high dynamic centrifuge’sdevelopment of the large g values of the inertial instruments, summed up theoverview of the development of domestic and foreign centrifuge using in the INS.Pointed out the importance of the development of high-dynamic simulation centrifuge,as well as the study in the measurement and control technology for high-dynamicsimulation centrifuge.(2) Then according to the key technical indicatorsof the centrifuge, compare andanalyze several servo control mode of the centrifuge, based on the analysis andcomparison of two common servo motor brushless DC motor (BDCM) and permanentmagnet synchronous motor (PMSM), Analysis of the mathematical model and its vectorcontrol of PMSM, pointed out the PMSM has more advantages in high-precision speedcontrol system than BDCM,and model and Simulate the vector control of PMSM inMatlab/Simulink. The simulation results show that the use of vector control of PMSM servo system can satisfy the need for the centrifuge.(3) Finally, the structure of the control system and testing system was put forwardbased on the centrifuge technology indicators, Digital servo driver system drive thepermanent magnet synchronous motor to construct the control system, and analyzethe key technologies related to the accuracy of the acceleration measurement such asaccuracy, angle, speed measurement, and proposed a way to measure and compensatedby software the working radius By standard acceleration meter. Composed thecentrifuge control system and testing system, and the centrifuge is running in goodcondition.
