This paper’s content is the research of two tickets training examination and billing system development based on expert system. Two tickets system witch is the abbreviation of work orders and dispatch operation sheet is the main content of "The Electrical Safety Work Order", is the strong measures to regulate the safe production of electric power enterprises, work orders and dispatch operation sheet is the certificate of the power enterprises to safeguard production safety in productive activities. The core of the work orders system to fill in the correct security measures according to the tasks, and the core of the dispatch operation sheet system is for the operation task to fill in the correct action items. The purpose of the two tickets expert system development is through the application of expert systems to improve the accuracy and efficiency of fill out the work order and dispatch operation sheet in power enterprise production process.Based on the analysis of the two tickets system, this paper presents a conclusion that the work task and its security measures and dispatch operation sheet and its operation items can be decomposed as "equipment name words+action words+status words".On the basis of this conclusion, through the establishment of the relationship between the work tasks contained keywords and its security measures contained keywords and the relationship between the operate task contained keywords and its operation items contained keywords, proposed to develop the two tickets expert system based on keyword search.Through the application of the technology witch are store knowledge in XML, forward maximum matching algorithm for Chinese word keyword extraction and Lucene indexing, developed the knowledge base functional modules and two tickets safety measures and action items expert tips module and two tickets experts judge functional modules. This expert systems capable of self-improvement of the knowledge base, characterized by ease of maintenance and ease of portability and so on. Able to effectively improve the correct rate and efficiency of the power enterprises two tickets work.
