With the development of information technology and application of graduallythorough, The government in information work has made significant progress. But stillcan not adapt to the increasing amount of information confidentiality requirements oftreatment, it is urgent to establish a set of office automation system based oninformation technology, to improve management efficiency, reduce the burden of work.This thesis introduces the MVC architecture and the Struts framework, design andimplementation of a B/S based on three layer structure office automation informationsystem. In this thesis, the government technical background and on the basis of theactual demand, mainly for office automation information system analysis, design andimplementation, focus on the technical details and design thought are discussed. On thefunction of the system demand is analyzed, according to the government presentsituation and actual demand, the system use case model and function model areintroduced. On the basis of this system the key module gives a detailed design,according to the specific situation, in the detailed design of the system including thespecific implementation method and database design.The design of the office automation system can support the government officeeffective information transmission, thereby allowing the Secrecy Bureau to abandon thetraditional paper medium manual transmission problems, thereby effectively improvingthe working efficiency and reliability. Can provide the processing process and thefunction of supervision, the government within the various departments to achieve anefficient collaboration; in addition, the system should be able to provide a standardplatform for integrated processing and dissemination of information, thereby reducingthe unnecessary handover, solving the problems of State Secrecy Bureau high speedinformation processing and dissemination process of the segmentation problem, makework efficiency substantially upgrade.
