In the modern combat automated command system, only rely on the informationprovided by a radar has been unable to meet the operational needs of C4ISR system.Radar network is gradually into people’s horizons, with the expansion of coverage, highpower interference ability enhancement, improve survival ability, and significantlyimproved the performance of the target detection and tracking, so it gained a lot ofattention. Networked radar has big coverage, data fusion and collaborative operationsbetween radar sites etc, so it can greatly improve the power coverage of the radarsystem, detecting and tracking performance, anti-jamming capability, and surviveability. As networked radar applications demand has increased, the data fusiontechnology as the core network radar technology to become one of the current researchhot spot.In this thesis, we study the basic theory of networking radar data fusion methodsand the structure model, and separately in the detection level, location information level,attribute level are analyzed. Key research level of location information fusion methodand algorithm structure, after analysis of the data fusion on the improvement of thesystem on the detection and tracking performance and the influence of all kinds ofalgorithm on system performance. In this thesis, the main work content as follows:1. Researched network radar working principle, analysis of the radar network datafusion technology development status and trend at home and abroad.2. Introduced the basic theory of data fusion and the structural model.3. Analyzed the detection level fusion and location information fusion structure aswell as commonly used algorithm; In the detection level fusion, mainly analysis thedistributed constant false alarm algorithm, and analyzed based on two different fusionrules under the constant false alarm detection performance; In the location informationfusion level, mainly studied and analyzed the temporal and spatial registration algorithm,data association algorithm and track fusion algorithm; The algorithm above has carriedon the simulation and performance comparison.4. Matlab simulation implementation for the data fusion algorithm, by simulating different number, and radar clutter environment, the target number to test the reliabilityof the algorithm, and according to the different environment to choose different fusionstructure and fusion algorithm.
