With the stable and healthy development of economy, China’s state-owned bank isin the way of improving strategic transformation management and enhancing themanagement mode. Limited by corporate culture and the level of management, theemployee information management of state-owned bank is different from westerncountry. The establishment of a theoretical employee information management system(EIMS) that suits for the state of current bank has practical significance for theimplementation of the employee information technology project management, for thelevel of human resources management, for the guidance of the state-owned banks toimprove their core competitiveness.As the number of BOC’s employees increased, traditional employee managementmode cannot meet the requirement of modern management. The EIMS will provide agood platform for modern management of bank’s employees. The system is based onASP.NET and Microsoft Visual Studio.NET environment, using C#language and SQLServer database management system technology and B/S structure, including staffmanagement, training management, mobilization management, compensationmanagement, system management, organizational planning function modules. AdoptingDAL, BLL, WEB three-tier, the system becomes more flexible. Web application layerimplements MVC3.0framework which makes model control and view separated fromeach other. Database uses LINQ technology, so that the whole system has goodscalability and security. Using FlexGrid, myPrompt plug-in and Ajax technology thatused for refreshing asynchronously of page, making the interface more flexible,aesthetics and coordination.The system has assigned three different role permissions, namely systemadministrator, manager and ordinary employee. System administrator has the authorityof operating menu management and role management module. Manager can operateorganized planning, staff management, training management, compensationmanagement, and mobilize management modules. While ordinary employee can onlyview and modify his or her related information, instead of modify and view other users’ information. Clearly assigned the privilege of EIMS has important value on themanagement of employees’ information. At the same time, training management andsalary management system will make the cooperation between bank’s internal staffsmore competitive, and will greatly improve the workers’ efficiency and the quality ofwork.In this thesis, it mainly introduced the background and research status of the system,the operating environment, related technology that the system has used, requirementanalysis of the system, general design of the various functional modules of the system,database design and implementation, detailed design and realization of the variousfunctional modules, and software testing process.
