Design And Realization Of Fixed Assets Management System Based On RFID Platform

Fixed assets management system is an important part of enterprise management,enterprise management of the fixed assets are usually through the paste bar code on theasset to tracking fixed assets, every new purchase of fixed assets information will bestored in the management information system, use the printer to print fixed assets name,date of purchase, use department on the stickers, through the bar code label is clearlydistinguish between the use of fixed assets, and also brings great convenience to theinventory.RFID radio frequency identification technology is a non-contact automaticidentification technology,through radio signals to read and write data, can penetratepaper, wood and plastics and other non-metallic or non-transparent material, can beused in bar code cannot used environment, and read quickly. Along with the modernmanagement of fixed assets on the improvement of automation and efficiencyrequirements, the use of RFID technology for fixed assets management, can greatlyimprove the automation degree of fixed assets management, greatly shorten the time ofthe fixed assets inventory, significantly improve the efficiency of enterprisemanagement of fixed assets.This thesis provides a set of fixed assets management system based on RFID forfixed assets management, to improve the management efficiency, by paste on each fixedassets uhf passive RFID tag, use stationary or portable RFID read-write device toautomatic collect RFID tag information, communication with backend server, to achieveefficient management of fixed assets.In this thesis, by using RFID technology to realize the management of enterprisefixed assets. First, introduces the background of the project involved in fixed assets,fixed assets management system and RFID technology, illustrates the sources of thisthesis and research significance, analyze the RFID application status at home andabroad. Second, introduce net, c#, ASP.NET, WinCE and relevant technology used byfixed assets WEB management system and the embedded application. Third, carry onthe demand analysis and overall design ror the fixed assets management system, focusing on the business process of the system, and the overall module partition, systemstructure and database design. What’s more, carry on each function module the detaileddesign and give technical difficulties implementation of the program; Finally, designcases to test the fixed assets management system of each function module, by themethod of black box testing on every function of the system for acceptance testing.
