| Medium resource management system of NXTV, as the media data storage,management and distribution of large-scale computer network application systems,digital storage for each production service system, provide the history data, dataarchiving, data retrieval/calls, prepared program, format transcoding and othercomprehensive services. At the same time, it will provide data and information tosupport new media business for DVB, IPTV, website, etc. It is a typical multi-functionsystem, involving television digital storage format, the choice of storage media,network storage system architecture, storage file migration workflow, user rightsmanagement, the user’s retrieval reuse pattern and other technical problems.In this paper, combinig all network of TV in building and testing process, themedium resource management technology as the core of a new generation of mediaassets management systems applied in TV of radio and television reception is discussed.Based on the background of the relocation from the traditional tape management to highreuse digital data in the process of storing in Ningxia broadcast TV reception, the designof the system media assets and a new media asset management system design idea isputted forward. The overall architectures of medium resource management system, storedesign, functional design, media assets and all other systems in the network mediaassets are respectively discussed. Compared with contradictions of the technical levelfrom the interaction ability aspect of the design l, it fully reflects the design advantagein terms of efficiency, timeliness, security.One of the important indicators of today television is to measure the corecompetitiveness of digital media content on the degree of effective management andutilization. In the face of various new media platforms, sharing traditional media data isgreatly demanded. With the explosive growth for HDTV media data of the era, it is aproblem to efficiently use and manage these data. This article also use the data miningtechnology to solve the traditional media information retrieval functions and optimizethe medium resource management system in theory in Ningxia radio and television.After the technology is applied and verified, the results of audio retrieval is more accurate, personality and intelligent. |
