| In the modernized management of the warehouse, the information of internal temperature and humidity are of high value for reference for fire prevention, mouldproof and dampproof either military supplies or food material warehouse.There exist many monitoring method in temperature and humidity of warehouse, which consist mainly of portable type of temperature and humidity measuring instrument and fieldbus, industrial Ethernet monitoring system of temperature and humidity. The problem is a ubiquity, which is single point measurement, the need for manual operation in field, inconvenience and difficulties of wiring in special occasions, remote access and high costFor this problem, this dissertation proposed a design of remote wireless warehouse temperature and humidity environment intelligent monitoring system based on ZigBee. On the basis of the study in ZigBee application characteristics, a design of wireless module is accomplished. Through the RS-232communication, we have realized the interconnection between ZigBee and GPRS network. Finally, remote transmission of ZigBee data is achieved. This design exactly solve the problems of existing monitoring system.through the combination of proven GPRS technology, it make remote access become possible.The design is a modern computer monitoring system which contains software and hardware.the hardware platform which are responsible for temperature and humidity data acquisition of warehouse consists three parts:wireless module which takes JN5139wireless microprocessor as the core, data acquisition which based on MSP430F2122processor and remote wireless transmission which adopts the H7118DTU module, attached relay circuit in wireless module is used to control the power supply of DTU module; data acquisition board include not only SHT11and DS18B20sensor circuit but also timer circuit which can supply a accurate stand clock and realize automatic conversion of two work mode:dormancy and normal. A custom ZigBee-Modbus protocol is used in data transmission using which contains CRC-16check mechanism to ensure the validity of data transmission. The dissertation presents the detail method of software and hardware and interconnection method for the modules. Finally, the software of the monitoring center of host computer is developed on the Visual Basic6.0and Access2003platform.its main functions include DTU login, real-time data display, database and remote parameters setting, etc. |
