| The function of shower head swells along with the development of science and technology. The impact force of the water jet is the main parameter to judge the performance of the multifunctional shower head, and is the important reference index to scale the wash effect and comfortable degree. The real time detecting, which is very important to the design of the test bench for the comprehensive performances and comprehensive judge of shower head, have concernful influence in the design and production process.The impact force of the shower head, that is about0-100g, is comparative small. The detecting to the impact force of shower head is easily disturbed for the lenis signal. We didn’t find the report of detecting of the impact force of shower head. In this paper, we researched the character of impact force field according as the theory and simulation, and fixed the testing section on the continuous portion. We brought a detecting method forward the impact force field of shower head to alter the status quo of indirect test way. In this article, we designed and made the impact force sensor of shower head with the ring elasticity sensitivity component, and realized real time detecting. Uniting with the information of spray angle, we advanced a detecting method structure to the impact force field of shower head, considering the symmetry of jet field. Based on CAN bus, we constructed the detecting and measurement system of impact force field of shower head with full bridge circuit and INA114amplifier. On the software flat based on VC++, we realized the real time storage of the experiment data, uniting with SQL2000data-base system.The detecting system of jet impact force field designed in this paper can test the impact force exactly and save the experiment data real time. We put forward a method for testing the impact force of the shower head, which can offer a theory basis for judging the comprehensive performances of shower head. |
