In the background of socialist market economy, The media organizations have the trend of enterprise transformation. They have economic property and change to the market players. Under the circumstances, studying on marketing of the media organization is feasible and necessary. In this thesis, the concept of the media marketing force is introduced to the media management. Making a definition and anglicizing the word of media marketing force is to reveal its significance on the development of mass media. This concept can help media organizations to analyses the environment where they are and to find out the orientation of the audiences from the market and marketing perspective. At the same time, it not only helps us to promote administrant levels of media organizations, but it will get more audiences’attentions and increase the media influence as well. In order to discuss the influence of media marketing force, this thesis will take Guangxi TV station video channel as an example to analyze the media making capability and the ability of resources integration from external and internal respectively by using various researching methods, combinations of audiences’orientation, program production, audience rating and resource management. Finally, the author gets a conclusion that media marketing force benefits in enhancing the media influence.
