| This paper is divided into three parts, the first part mainly describe the case of Wenzhou motor car accident information and its dissemination process, pay close attention to the motor car accident-related information in networks, newspapers and magazines, make information follow the demands of the body about the country, media and the public, analysis the information on tripartite game strategy, make use of Bayes’ rule to demonstrate how the Government fall into the prisoner’s dilemma after the public and the media release information, she had to participate in the process of game information,then calculates the what the tripartite game costs. Different strategies will produce different effects on how government builds political trust, discuss how government guide the public, media communicate the information in the information game.The second part of this paper include three, four, five chapters, mainly analysis the relevant elements of Wenzhou motor car accident.
