Research On Ways To Enhance Of Public Library’s Common Feature On The Construction Of Learning Hunan

The idea was clearly proposed on The18th National Congress of the CommunistParty of China, to strengthen the construction of public cultural projects and culturalprojects and to improve the socialist public cultural service system. Building a learningsociety is an important part of the socialist public cultural undertakings. To beingvigorously promoting the construction of learning society, the public sharing relationshipdirectly affects the construction of learning society, because the public library as a mainarea of public cultural services for the public, in Hunan province. It is important practicalsignificance for building a learning society to Explore enhance the library enhancementstrategy in the construction of learning Hunan and providing the perfect public culturalservices.In this thesis, firstly, the concept of learning society was defined, and the basiccharacteristics of a learning society are analyzed, which are the universal learning people,the autonomous learning content, the lifelong learning time, the diverse learning styles,shared learning resources. While the information resources of the public Library wereclassified, which the significance of public libraries for implementing public. Secondly,the principles of library’s commonality were elaborated from basic aspect of constructioncommon libraries on learning Hunan. Followed, the constraints of Public LibraryLearning Hunan construction were analysed, mainly from the aspects of its realbackground, realistic way and the main disparity. Finally, countermeasures to enhancethe construction of learning Hunan library Public were proposed from co-governance bythe party committee, government, libraries, society and the public at Community level.The main innovation of this paper lies in: Based on research results of previousstudies on the basic value dimension of library public, specific countermeasures toenhance the learning construction in Hunan public library were proposed after analyzedthe current learning constraints of Library Construction.
