Research On Normal Mechanism Of Civil Subject Spreading Chinese Culture

Hard power and soft power together constitute country’s comprehensive national power. Since reform and opening-up, our country’s hard power has been improved significantly, while soft power is relatively backward. Promoting Chinese culture going global, as an important measure to improve the national soft power, has been concerned by different communities. Now, in China, the official is main communication of culture going global, as the most basic and most extensive culture communication group civil subject has not received due attention. This paper will take civil subject as the research object, construct a normal mechanism that promoting Chinese culture to go global.First, through analyzing different ways of culture going global between China’s Kunqu Opera and Korea’s "Jiangnan Style", we can explore how civil subject participate in the dissemination of culture and the important role of them in this process, then from comparison we can find influence factors that civil subject promote Chinese culture going global.Second, analyse the civil power that participate in success stories of culture going global, based on this, sum up the important part of Chinese folk subject, then find out which difficult they present face to promote Chinese culture go global, and propose solutions.Finally, based on the theory of Elaboration Likelihood Model, from the angle of audience, analyzing culture in what form, what kind of communication channels can make a better result. Based on this, from following four aspects:creating a good communication environment, enhancing people’s culture attainment and media attainment, establishing platform based on Internet and introducing encouraging and monitoring mechanisms, the thesis will construct a normal mechanism that civil subject spread Chinese culture going global, then analyse the feasibility of mechanism.
