| Temperature is one of the important parameters to determine material state. Itsmeasurement and control play a very important role in the national defense, military, scientific experiments and the production of industrial and agricultural. Themeasurement of high temperature plays an extremely important role in the field ofspace, materials, energy, metallurgy. There are a variety of infrared temperaturemeasurement method and infrared spectrometer based on three basic laws of blackbodyradiation. However, it needs to be improved in dynamic performance, wavelength range. This paper is to solve this problem, aimed at developing a high-speed, wide-band high-speed infrared temperature measurement system.Firstly, according to the basic principles of the spectrometer, the spectralcomponents of this system selected blazed grating, the structure of optical selected nonsymmetric Czerny-Turner and detector selected256elements uncooled PbSe lineararray produced by NIT. The design of this system is divided into hardware and softwarewhile the hardware can be divided into optical and circuit. Light from the tested objectenter into the optical system through the slit, in which eventually to the linear arraydetector array by the collimation, spectroscopic and imaging. Output current signal ofdetector is amplified by a series of amplification sampling circuit. Then it is transmittedto the remote PC with a specific USB cable. The design of software includes the USB port communication program andcollection processing procedures written in LabVIEW. The collection processingprocedures includes VISA session program and control command of the hardwaremodule. They have the role of data acquisition, processing, transmission, display andstorage. Finally, the paper detailed study the calibration of spectral thermometry system. Onthe basis of understanding of radiation thermometry theory, selected the appropriatemathematical model. And in the process of calibration, measured radiation flux ofblackbody under the different wavelengths. Then finished the high-speed test for1-5μminfrared spectrum. |
