| In recent years, with the rapid development of network technology, imageprocessing technology and computer technology, Video surveillance also makes agreat progress. Traditional analog video surveillance and video surveillance based onPC terminal are no longer sufficient for the needs of society; mobile videosurveillance has become a new development trendency, as a member of it, the mobilevideo surveillance system based on Android has a high practical value and broadapplication prospects.The happening of the fire always brings the damage of social casualties andeconomic losses, however the early stage of fire are also accompanied with smoke.For this reason, early smoke detection is the basis of the early fire warning. Takingadvantage of vedio surveillance and combining with real-time vedio smoke detectionhas already become a trendency.Firstly, thesis made a brief introduction of research background, goals and status,and gave the reason why we use Android as the platform of vedio surveillance system.Secondly, we introduced some key technologies including Android developmentplatform, JNI technology, OpenCV and network SDK of IPC equipment. Then wefocus on the analysis and research of the smoke detection technology which is basedon characteristic of frequency image and also gave a detailed instruction of thedetection arithmetic of slow-flowing thin smoke. Finally, the design of vedio smokesurveillance and the implementation of this system are shown in the end.The Server-side of video surveillance metioned by this paper is built on I.M X51development board (Android system). The server-side focused on the transplantationof OpenCV library. On this basic, we implemented the smoke detection and alsodesigned warning mechanism. The client-side of vedio surveillance is Androidequipment (mobile phone or Pad), it mainly implements the reception, decoding,playing of streaming vedio, and take a responsibility to identify the warninginformation and alarm, it also inplements the switching between surveillance vediostatus and warning vedio status... |
