| The secondary power supply is an important part of the power supply system of the wide varietyof aircraft platform, it is able to provide the required power to the various specifications of the aircraftplatform module. Secondary power supply module rigorous testing before use to prevent damage tothe other devices in the aircraft platform. Since existing test equipment can not meet the testrequirements of the new type of aircraft, so automatic test paper based on a proposed secondary powersystem development requirements, designed as the core, the use of precision measuring instrumentsprogrammable automation monitoring and control computer the system under test.Automatic test system of the secondary power supply for the delivery of a certain type of aircraftsecondary power supply module backend output test, the test system hardware by the the homemadecontrol circuit board with an external device, and software development with LabVIEW. Monitoringand control computer via RS232, LAN and PCI interface control board with the instrument, toproduce high-precision DC voltage output, power supply to the secondary power supply module, thenthe module output performance measure. The entire testing process is automatically controlled by thesoftware, and the testing process can be customized to store the test results, analysis, andautomatically generate test reports. The overall design of the system with a modular design concept,has good scalability, and can be upgraded according to the needs of the system.A detailed description on the overall design of the system, an external instrument selection,testing and interface design, and hardware and software of the concrete realization of the functionalmodules focuses on, and then introduce a system of hardware and software debugging, jointcommissioning, analysis of test results as well as the development and their solutions, and finallysummarizes the thesis work, and recommendations for improvements. |
