| With the progress of times, conception of quality becomes deeply and widely. Qualitymanagement devotes to improving quality level by using quality planning, quality control, qualityassurance and quality improvement. Traditional quality management mainly depends on manualinspection to collectã€analyze and handle product quality information without process controlledability and adaptability during the whole product lifecycle.From the perspective of informatization, current quality management situation of machinebuilding industry is investigated and process-oriented configurable quality management system isdeveloped. The system stresses on process management and configuration. On the basis ofISO9001:2008quality management system’s requirements, process identification method and processframework are proposed. Also necessary conditions and procedures for process control are pointed outby understanding process method deeply.With introduction of workflow technology, an efficient way to realize quality process control isrecognized, which is called quality workflow. Also building steps of quality workflow model andquality workflow system are both analyzed. According to previous analysis, process configuringplatform of quality management information system is developed, which possesses flexibility andupdating ability. By using role-based access control method and model, system’s role-based safeaccess control scheme is designed. There are three kinds of roles, which are system administratorã€system operator and general user. Different roles are endowed with different authorities.Demand analysis of the system is conducted to divide function modules. By using computerã€databaseã€network and other communication technologies, system’s databaseã€safetyã€GUI aredesigned.. Based on the process configuring platform, the application system is designed as well as itsfunctional interface and realization process to achieve the whole system function. |
