| To share experiment resources through Internet, a Rich Internet Application (RIA) based remote virtual experiment system for measurement and control is proposed in this thesis. The work consists of three parts.First, a three-client/server architecture is proposed to support the remote virtual experiment system of RIA techniques. A browser and web server architecture is adopted to ensure a browser working mode. A video client and media server architecture is designed to show a live video of the experiment in the browser. And a virtual instrument client and data acquisition server architecture is designed to monitor the experiment device in the browser.Second, three software of server side is finished. An Apache HTTP Server is selected as the Web server, an Adobe FMS server is selected as the live video server, and a data acquisition server is design out by VC++.Third, three software of client side is finished. A group of web pages is designed out as the user interface of the remote virtual experiment system, which can be shown in any browser. A video client is designed out using Flex, which can be plug in a web page and can be run in a browser. A virtual instrument client is designed out using Flex, which can also be plug in a web page and can be run in a browser.On the basis of above work, a remote virtual experiment system for measurement and control is finished, where a rotor experiment system and a coupled tank experiment system can be visited and controlled from Internet. User can do virtual experiments through a web browser in PC or tablet. |
