The measure&quality system of TangGang is based on the learning from theexperience of the generalized the measure&quality system and logistics managementsystem developed by iron and steel enterprises at home and abroad, combined with theactual situation and setted up as the logistics execution platform of TangGang. Thissystem comprises the into factory logistics management, plant allocation of logisticsmanagement, factory logistics management, to meet the requirements of ERP and providesdata support for ERP, MES, DSS and transportation management system. Through theimplementation of the system, the business management level and efficiency of thelogistics and measure&quality system are improved. At the same time, establish the modelof the main logistics process and operation pattern to solidify management ideas into thesystem and establish the technology foundation which is unified and extensible.This article makes a detailed study of the design and implementation of themeasure&quality system of TangGang,under the background of the whole enterpriseinformation and based on in-depth analysis of enterprise logistics present situationresearch and system requirements.Firstly, the paper analyzes the present situation of logistics management ofTangGang, and designs the process combining with the status and using computermodeling theory. The implementation method of the measure&quality system ofTangGang are studied, Including the selection of the system database, the selection ofthe development tool and the selection of hardware.Secondly, on the basis of the demand analysis and the process design, according tothe design and implementation principles of system, this paper makes the architecturedesign, detailed design and functional division of the module of measure&quality system。Finally, on the basis of detailed design, this paper elaborates the realization of thesystem function, lists four subsystems of measure&quality system: supply system,measurement system, quality system, specific features and operation of sales system.Realization methods of the interface with the other system are expounded in detail. Afterthe way, the interface implementation of each interface with other systems is describedspecifically.
