Design Of A Current Mirror Structure Insensitive To EMI

With the development of science and technology,analog integrated circuit signalprocessing has entered the high speed,low power, high integration stage.With the channel areadeclining,the signal frequency increasing,the integrated circuit to increase the sensitivity ofelectromagnetic interference,electromagnetic interference has become an important factorrestricting the development of integrated circuit.Current mirror is one of the core module ofcurrent mode circuits,a wide range of applications,so as to improve the ability of antielectromagnetic interference current mirror has an important significance to the developmentof current mode circuits.According to the principle of basic current mirror,the Wilson current mirror,theimproved Wilson current mirror,cascode current mirror and low-voltage cascode currentmirror have been analyzed and summarized.Low voltage cascode current mirror as the basiccircuit design to improve the output resistance, the precision of the output current have beenimproved.Using low pass filter, source follower and the input filter capacitor structure based on thelow-voltage cascode current mirror.A kind of model with sensitiveless to EMI is presentedand implemented in the paper.Simulation is carried out by comparison with DC feedback current mirror,The resultsshow that the new current mirror presented in this paper has good proporties by comparisonthe current mirror in [18].
