With ARM11processor as main control chip embedded photovoltaic automatic controlscheme of the solar photovoltaic panels, photosensitive resistance, photoelectric diode, motor,stereo slide bracket and ARM11. This system by comparing the size of the photosensitiveresistance, make full use of three eye biology of insect identification light, with the help of avertical sliding bracket, by more than a ARM11system control motor drive, drive motorautomatic rotation, to keep multiple solar photovoltaic panels and solar best Angle. So as torealize one machine can and automatic tracking of the sun, the experimental results show thatthe system not only can effectively improve the utilization of solar energy at the same timealso can save a lot of cost.In this paper, the main research contents and results are as follows:For photovoltaic panels bearing fixed cannot make full use of the sun’s problem,photovoltaic panels for solar energy tracking technology is presented in this paper on thebasis of related theory research, we design a tracking system based on embedded. In the studyof the system, and puts forward the three eye identification of insect biology principle of light,and apply this principle to the system, the use of an equilateral triangle geometric featuresand physical and mechanical principle of the embedded system’s flexibility. Experimentalresults show that the design can quickly make solar photovoltaic panels keep in place with thesun, not only make full use of the sun light energy, save the cost, and greatly broaden theapplication field of solar photovoltaic panels.According to the characteristics of the embedded system, this paper adopts the intrinsicallysafe circuit design technology, low cost and low power consumption design, choose samsung,S3C6410ARM11microprocessor as the control core,3configuration is low effectivephotosensitive resistance, a51plate, two step motor, a controller, a storage battery, using block design, complete the automatic tracking, information storage, USB transmission,network communication module, the design and implementation of system has stronganti-interference ability, high safety and convenient operation, etc.On the basis of the hardware design, this article based on the Linux platform with Clanguage for the development of language, designed to transplant the Linux real-timeoperating systems, and network peripherals such as USB, LCD touch screen interface driver,structures, the application framework based on multi-threading technology, and developmenton Qtopia platform realizes the man-machine interactive system, mainly include user login,network management, information extraction, such as device control function module.By experiment, the implementation based on ARM of solar photovoltaic panels functionindexes of automatic tracking system reached the design requirements and technicalindicators, has the high stability, accuracy, and networking, low cost, low power consumption,the operation is convenient wait for a characteristic, can well make up for the inadequacy ofthe existing automatic tracking system, for its wide application in actual has certain referencevalue.
