A certain type radar is used to locate the target for weapon system, and theorientation ability of quickness, accuracy, all-weather, all-day sexual to target,determines the actual effect of the weapon systems. This topic develops themeasurement-and-control equipment which is used to test a certain type radarduring the design, development and production stage, to ensure the reliability ofradar development and production, ensure the smooth progress of flight-test.This thesis does full analysis for the flight-test test-requirements, anddetermines the certain radar flight-test measurement-and-control equipmentarchitechture consiting of the combination of power supply, the combination ofcommunication and control and the test combination. The combination of powersupply which is used to supply power for the radar. The combination ofcommunication and control which is used to realize the whole system control andcomplete the test of the radar, this thesis introduces stressingly the design principleof hardware and the FPGA logic design based on SDLC communication protocol ofthe multi-function communication card based on PCI bus which is used to realize asynchronous RS-485communication with the radar, and a synchronize LVDScommunication with the external independent storage devices. The test combinationwhich is used to realize the acquisition of analog signals and digital signals andgenerate the excitation signals, this thesis elaborates stressingly the design principleof hardware of the data acquisition unit and the FPGA logic design of the mastercontrol unit, the data acquisition unit realizes the acquisition of those analog signalswhich the radar outputs, the master control unit control all function mode.This thesis elaborates that the system software design has completed based onLabWindows/CVI development platform and following the principle of top-downand modular design and the driver of the multi-function communication card hasbeen designed based on the VISA. This thesis introduces the coordinate systeminvolved in by the GPS information decoding. The system software realizes thecommunication with GPS devices, radar, and external independent storage devices,and realizes the access and control of the test combination.The system alignment results show that the certain radar flight-testmeasurement-and-control equipment meets all the technical indicators and the testrequirements of the radar flight-test.
