| Water Injection Wells play an important role in the process of oil exploitation. Withthe passage of mining time, energy of oil reservoir depletes gradually, and the pressure ofreservoir drops gradually. These lead to oil production reduce. Water is injected into the oilreservoir by Water Injection Wells, which is to restore or maintain the pressure of reservoir.So that the reservoir has the strong driving force and the water makes up the undergroundshortfall caused by petroleum exploitation. By Water Injection Wells, we can enhance themining rate and efficiency.I design this system using Sensor technology and SCM technology, collecting thepressure data automatically. The problem that Water Injection Wells’ pressure acquisition isnot seasonable and not safety can be solved. Using this system can reduce the laborintensity of operators,too. I have designed this control system which AT89S52acts as themain control unit.In addition, I also set A/D function, Wireless transmitting module, displaymodule, serial communication and so on. I use C programming language, which cancomplete A/D conversion, data collection, wireless communication, date display, serialcommunications and other functions. The main feature of the system contains: themeasurement range is0~30MPa; applicable temperature range is0~50°C; the pressure iscollected once every10minutes, and the system goes into hibernation when the pressure isnot collected, which is to reduce power consumption; wireless data communication;magnetic induction switch; serial communication technology. This system can adapt to thecomplex environment of petroleum exploitation. With this system, workers can collect the pressure safely and timely, and data istransferred to the monitoring center and analyzed legitimately. With the data, workers couldknow well the water situation to improve the efficiency of oil exploitation. The systemintegrates the production of information collection, transmission, storage, processing,analysis, management and application together. |
