It is one of the major problems that improves transportation information level andalleviates the severe traffic situation. Based on the traditional traffic guidance systemresearch, combined with present social development situation, Paper thoroughlyanalyzes urban traffic guidance system requirements, and develops an integratedplatform and information processing platform and new Information distribution systemon the basis of the traditional traffic guidance system, those systems can solve thesystem integration, information sharing and information release.Firstly, rom the domestic and international traffic guidance system research,combined with our urban traffic guidance system implementation, aim at the trafficguidance system existed transmission of information limited, and the lack ofintegration and sharing of information, lack of valuable guidance information, Paperputs forward a new traffic guidance system.Secondly, the system introduces the mobile communication network to build acollection of various guidance information released in a unified management platform,and in order to get more valuable guidance information, It also uses data miningtechnology to have a depth data mining on history and real-time traffic flow data.Lastly, In the traffic guidance system realization, from the system of businessprocess, database, and the design of integrated platform, Paper details informationprocessing platform and new information released system’s design scheme, and thedesign of the system platform application software design requirements and the choiceof system software requirements. The design is based on MVC architecture, and usingJ2EE design structure framework to achieve the level of loose coupling of applicationsto solve the problem of code reuse and functional development, meet business andfunctional diversity of needs of the transport sector.
