Metrology plays a fundamental role in enterprise production, it is the basic means toensure product quality and it is an important way to improve economic efficiency. Qualityraw materials, advanced process equipment and modern measuring and testing instruments, isknown as the three pillars of modern industry, and manufacturing and selection of rawmaterials, purchase of advanced process equipment, both rely on modern measuring andtesting instruments. It can be said that the quality of products is determined by the quality ofthe results of measurement detection.This thesis is based on ISO10012:2003international standard, with MeasurementManagement System as a means, and reference to research results of many experts andscholars, detailed study the method of measuring quality control, and put forward my viewsand understanding. Measuring quality control include confirmation of measuring equipmentand realization of the measurement process, and realization of the measurement processinclude design of the measurement process and control of the measurement process.Therefore, this paper discusses and analyzes three aspects:(I) Confirmation of measuring equipment. According to customer requirements, exportmeasurement requirements, then compared with the metrological characteristics of measuringequipment, determine measuring device whether to meet expectations or not. This processcan be seen as preliminary control of the measurement equipment.(II) Design of the measurement process. Accordance with the process of the design ofthe measurement process, from design input: Identify customer, the organization and therequirements of the laws and regulations of the measurement to the final design output: formthe measurement process specification, analyzed and discussed every aspect of the design.Design of the measurement process can be considered to be preliminary measurement processcontrol.(III) Control of the measurement process. In this paper, the measurement process isdivided into three processes. Focuses on the control methods of key measurement process, include control charts, MSA, period verification, spot check, tour inspection. Clear theprinciple of the control method selection.Through discussion and analysis of three parts, assure the measurement processes andmeasuring equipment can meet anticipated requirements, ensure an accurate, so as to ensureproduct quality, and improve economic efficiency.The main significance of the paper is translating some description of the provisions ofISO10012:2003into feasible approach. Expect to play a certain significance in theimplementation of measurement management system.
