The paper presented thattraditional TV media remained invincible by the full transformation to the platform in digitalera. Moreover, who first completes the transformation to the platform, will possess theinitiative and control power in information industry.The paper analyzed deeply the platform position of TV media industry and its superiorityof resource, and elaborated the basic concept thus providing the strategy conceive ofestablishing TV media industry, by analyzing living environment of media industry. We arediscussing the five aspects: objective, model, thinking, strategy and the key.Otherwise, the paper explored the development path of building TV media platform.
