| Electrical drainage stations is one of the main modern pumping station, which is mainly forthe city’s flood controlling and drainage. Electrical drainage stations`computer monitoringsystem is an important component of the modernization pump station construction andold-fashioned pump station reform. Therefore, development of electrical drainage stations`computer monitoring system has great significance.In this paper, take the south lake pond electrical drainage station in Nanchang as theresearch object, researching the electrical drainage stations`remote monitoring and intelligentoptimization controlling of the pump unit. This paper main work includes as following aspects:In this paper, according to the principle of "unattended, less attendant" and "the centralizedmonitoring, distributed control", and designed the electrical drainage stations`computermonitoring system. The entire computer monitoring system is consist of main control unit andconstitutes unit. This paper using Siemens PLC as control core, with IFIX3.5upper PCconfiguration monitoring software as platform, constructed a two-level control layer. Provided afeasible scheme for, realized the whole monitoring and control of electrical drainage stations, andelectrical drainage stations`network management and information integration.Determined electrical drainage stations monitoring system of main structure based on therigorous research and comparison. This paper designed the software and hardware of electricaldrainage stations`computer monitoring system. On the one hand, using fuzzy controltheory,research fuzzy optimization of electrical drainage station pump unit, select pump runningnumbers through fuzzy reasoning and fuzzy judging, realized optimization control; On the otherhand, designed monitoring program, realized the communication function, and controlling andmanagement function of upper PC and lower level computer. This system has entire electricaldrainage stations`monitoring function, data acquisition function, pump unit automatic controland manual control function, optimizing operation function, the pump units stop function, overcurrent protection function, alarm function and remote control function.The research and design of this paper, applied advanced control algorithm and remotemonitoring technology in practical production, provided certain reference to the construction ofelectrical drainage stations and reform of old pumping stations. |
