With the continuous development of information technology and the widespread use of computer networks, a variety of text, audio, video and multimedia products has gradually moved into the tens of thousands of households, but by the people of these products, protection of intellectual property rights and other issues widespread concern. Therefore, how to better protect the legitimate rights and interests of the creators, has become an important research focus in recent years. As digital watermark technology to ensure the integrity of the image information, a good solution to the problem of digital information security become in recent years, information security, intellectual property protection, the research on important technology hot spots.By summing up the contrast and image watermarking algorithm based on the analysis of the theoretical basis of wavelet analysis, distribution features and the human visual characteristics combined features based on wavelet packet coefficients using a wavelet packet transform and human visual digital image watermark algorithm for processing digital image watermarking. Firstly, the watermark image use the Arnold chaotic maps scrambling, then the host image wavelet packet decomposition at low frequency sub-band by changing two wavelet sub band size relationship of the corresponding coefficients to embed watermark information, and then embedded by controlling strength, making the watermark has better visibility and robustness.This paper introduces the research background and status of the digital image watermark technology, expounded the basic concepts of digital watermarking, classification and characteristics common attack methods and performance assessment indicators, discusses the theoretical basis of wavelet and wavelet packet transform, analysis of digital image watermark generation, embedding, attack detection and extraction process. Finally, the watermarked image adding noise, compression, rotation and filtering way offensive experiments showed that:the algorithm watermark information embedded in large quantity, better robustness and invisibility.
