The completion of the various and complex business in an enterprise environmentoften requires the coordination of different participants to work dynamically under theprocess management. With the rapid development of collaborative technology, whetherwith process management ability has become an increasingly important reference indexof collaborative software.On the background of mining construction enterprise, this paper proposed a visualprocess model, which could use dynamic modeling in variable elements to meet theneeds of designing processes by users themselves and realize business-driven for agileBPM. And this model presented three restricting factors of the process topologystructure: abscissa constraint, ordinate constraint and level constraint, as well as thetopology transformations of the multiple nodes which under the control of serial orconcurrent. Then an automatic placement algorithm for process nodes was describedespecially with the core of abscissa, ordinate localization algorithm and divergent,merged line rendering algorithm.Based on the above, the paper adopted an integration solution between SSH2andSpringSide3to achieve zero-configuration and auto-scan mechanisms. Then designedJ2EE five-tier architecture: Entity, Dao, Service, Action and Jsp. In order to reduce thedifficulty of system integration, package structure was divided according to themodule-first principle. Furtherly, it introduced a technology combination of JQuery,JSON and Java. At the same time it used JSON as the data format of transmission toaccomplish the graphical interaction. The collaborative office system builtted on aboveresearch is so agile that users can participate in depth and work together. Importantly, itwill be able to customize and manage processes flexibly.Through this research, it will efficiently strengthen horizontal cooperation abilityand business responsiveness in the mining construction environment. Certainly, it is ofgreat significance to improve working efficiency and managing level.
