Development And Application Of Financial Management System For Provincial Administration For Industry And Commerce Based On ERP

Group refers to a certain purpose organize joint action organization. In contrast,bureau is a kind of administrative institution belongs to our government, but it hassimilar organization structure with the enterprise group. Further, a more efficient andmore competitive administrative unit is not only the needs of the people, but also theneeds of the Times in recent years. In the face of national policy guidance and thechallenge of economic globalization, many enterprises and institutions in our countryare in the condition of further deepening phenomenon on scale degree and theintensive degree, and then how to improve the management level of enterprises andgroup to become the key to win. Financial management is core of the management.Therefore, to develop an efficient system of financial management is obviouslymeaningful.Our traditional financial management system is with characteristics of lacking ofcommunications among each department, unnecessary financial business redundancy,static financial management and after the event management, etc. Therefore, ourtraditional financial management system was not fit to the modern enterprisemanagement system. In this paper, modern enterprise or business unit group financialmanagement system based on enterprise resource planning (ERP) philosophy wasstudied through the detail expounding the ERP theory of financial management, ERPfinancial management software development application, and financial systemconstruction and so on.Firstly, this paper introduced the theory of ERP financial management, theevolution processes of the financial management system based on ERP, the mainfeatures of the theory of financial management under the ERP system in the presentsituation of the application both at home and abroad.Afterwards, this paper further analyzed the financial management software,financial software technology development of related content and then, introduced indetail the financial control software development of three stages. And this paperintroduced the process of development of financial software technology, the C/Stechnology and B/S technology. Consequently, this paper expounded the groupfinancial management based on B/S architecture as the network financial managementsystem development trend.About the financial management system of enterprises and group construction,this paper introduced the characteristics of the group financial management system and its problems during executing. Afterwards, this paper expounded the connotation of theinformationization of financial administration group, and analyzed the ERPmanagement software’s advantage in implementing group financial management.Concerning the specific application of the financial management system, thispaper took financial management system of the administration for industry andcommerce as an example and introduced in detail about application of financialmanagement system for provincial administration for industry and commerce based onERP philosophy. At last, this paper analyzed the feasibility of the established systemand put forward several suggestions, such as to set up a financial risk sense, to improvethe credibility of the financial data, to strengthen financial supervision, to make a keyuser management and training system, etc.The author hope to the problems and the results of the study can for theenterprises and group management of personnel to provide a good reference.
