It having been recognizedthe role of information technology in China’s iron and steel enterprises, and try tocombinate information technology and automation. There have launched a series ofinformation systems play a positive role in helping China’s iron and steel enterprisesto streamline internal processes, such as ERP, MES, which play a importment act inimproving efficiency, and enhanceing the competitiveness of iron and steelenterprises.However, the global steel demand is Extreme atrophy after the first utbreak ofthe financial crisis of21Century and4trillion economic stimulus plan of China.Because of the early high investment has not been digested and the characteristic oflonger production delivery cycle,the capability resistance risk of iron and steelenterprises of China is not strong in the oversupply of the market environment.Forsurvive in the face of adversity, iron and steel enterprises of China must to take theinitiative for changing the traditional production mode that is according to stockproduction model to according to the production orders, that is max meetint customerdemand of personalized.
