The Design And Implementation Of Laboratory Operating Management System Of Soochow University

Since the end of the twentieth century, the development of human civilization gradually entered the information age. Some key technologies gradually mature,such as computer technology, database technology, artificial intelligence technology. These technologies for the development of information technology provides a solid technical theory and provides a possibility of information system construction and application. Laboratory management is an important part in the management work of colleges and universities. With the development of the century and the improvement of teaching quality, the traditional of the laboratory management already wouldn’t satisfied the requirement of Suzhou university laboratory management. It already becomes a very urgent problem that how to manage the laboratory reasonable and give full play to the function of laboratory in the whole teaching process. Therefore, in order to satisfied the requirements of the college laboratory management, it is important that how to use information technology to achieve efficient operation and management of laboratory.This article come up with a solution that based on JAVA WEB laboratory management system aimed at to solve the Suzhou university’s management situation, and research its core function modules and core technology. It first analyzed the Suzhou university’s requirements of laboratory management, and then, put up a design project based on the B/S model of the laboratory management system. For the further step, it has researched its corn technology deeply. Finally, it minutely limned the realization process of every part’s function.Suzhou university laboratory management system adopted the advanced B/S architecture design, SSH layered architecture design, and SSH framework (Struts, Hibernate, Spring) for integration development. During the analysis process of system requirements, it adopted the advanced object-oriented analysis and design method in order to make the entire laboratory operation management system requirements modeling. With this technology, system and operation management in lab was realized in the laboratory information management, information management and experimental teaching management system, and other functions. The role management system mainly has four categories, respectively, lab manager, director of the laboratory, the experimental points room administrators, room administrator. Different roles according to their own access to different management interface, and to do the corresponding management operation.Through the lab operation and using the management system development, it implements the effective management of laboratory teaching of Suzhou university, and completed the demand for systems of all kinds of different roles through three major function module design and implementation. It finished the whole course of laboratory management and made the management personnel with high efficiency and convenient for laboratory management, while it enhanced the working efficiency of the laboratory management personnel from the whole system in line with the friendly interface, easy operation, practical security requirement.
