| At present the domestic automation management level of medical equipment is generally low and unable to realize the whole process of equipment management. In most hospitals the paper is still utilized in the early stage of the equipment purchasing process such as demonstration, examination and approval and the information management cannot be applied. Though the basic information of the medical equipment is imported into the computer archives just after the purchasing, the change of department and user, maintenance and operating status won’t be recorded in the archives after that. That means the archives cannot be updated in time with the equipment running state. At the same time the equipment maintenance is in an entirely passive state, so the accurate and safe operation cannot be guaranteed and the archives do not reflect the real status of the medical equipment. The medical equipment control documents are managed manually in most hospitals nowadays. The efficiency and the equipment tracking cannot be benefit from such system. The statistics and query is difficult and few current system can be utilized for medical equipment control information system.The society is in transition from industrialization to information technology and the application of information technology promotes the development of the economy and the people living standard. At the same time, the manufacture and life style are influenced with the application of information technology. The hospital digitization construction is put forward in this background. In digital hospital the videos, images, texts, data and forms are collected, stored, read, duplicated, processed, required and transported digitally via computers and network. It is a chance to realize the digital medical equipment management and quality control under such condition. Our goal is to promote the level of the medical equipment management via the information technology.The medical equipment management process in information environment is researched in this paper. The decentralized purchasing, management and maintenance stage are networked together and the whole process of the medical equipment management is reformed by information technology. The system is developed on the base of practical work of the medical equipment department, Liaocheng people’s hospital. The medical demands of user, manager and the medical engineer are included as much as possible. The purchasing process can be approved online, the medical and quality control information can be updated dynamically and the maintenance and quality information can be queried and analyzed in time. The medical safety is guaranteed via this system. This system can lighten the labor intensity; promote the efficiency and the level of the medical management.Due to the information diversification of medical system, we use Apache as the Web server, PHP, HTML and Javascript as the programming language, no-sql database MongoDB as database to improve system ability to handle the diversified information. Users could send request in a web page, and server returns a Json format response to exchange information between client and server. |
