In addition, by using the present perfectscience and technology, such as Oracle database and Web Service technology on the design ofthe module, the test environment for a detailed deployment, while science has developedeffective test programs, through testing, it already has a tax declaration, tax declaration andtax payment inquiries statistics from several aspects such as function, to a certain extent, hasthe full realization of the tax online declaration.Based on detailed understanding and knowledge of the tax department requirements,through the use of B\/S, Java, Web and C\/S software structure of Service and Oracle database,developed the online declaration system. Before the declaration of the design anddevelopment of the system on the Internet, business needs to deal with the tax system to graspand familiar, and makes analysis and research, specific to some business tax authority andtaxpayers both on the one hand, to ensure that the tax authority management work must be inplace, on the other hand, should be the taxpayer declare tax work convenient conditions. Interms of design and development of each system, are required to have a complete structure, this paper on the basis of comparison and analysis of B\/S and C\/S software structure, theactual situation of taxpayer into one, using the B\/S and C\/S mixed structure. By WebService, Java and Oracle technology, the scientific design of system flow chart, modulerefinement and optimization, code structure.
