Design And Implementation Of Group Customer Line End-to-end Alarm Monitoring System For Gansu Mobile

With the accelerating pace of telecommunication enterprises’ full service operation, group customers have become the focus of major telecom operators, and group customer line has become the basic business for all telecom operators to provide group customer communications network service and meet the information needs of all industries. Providing high quality transport services and timely troubleshooting, finding and solving the hidden dangers before the customer complaints, and enhancing the user perception, have become an important duty of major telecom operators’ network maintenance department. In the full service competition environment, complete support means that can adapt to the whole business operations and good operation ability will become the basis and precondition of the sustainable development of telecom operators. Setting up group customer line end-to-end alarm monitoring system becomes the fundamental guarantee and necessary supporting measures to solve customer complaints in the first time and eliminate hidden dangers quickly.This paper takes the current several mainstream line access technology as the breakthrough point, integrates data resources from data network manager, transmission network manager and terminal OMC network manager with alarm reporting function and synthetical resource system, designs a comprehensive alarm monitoring system based on data, transmission, terminal OMC network manager. According to the great customer line network service level agreement (SLA), this paper sorts out and puts forward various indicators of group customer line end-to-end alarm monitoring. This system has implemented group customer line end-to-end alarm monitoring, malfunction accurate positioning and network quality correlation analysising. According to current support and maintenance situation of Gansu mobile network management, this paper discusses the problems in this system’s design and implementation, puts forward relevant ideas and points of view of the overall design of the system architecture, function implementation, software module design, this system has been applied in the real network, provides technical support for great customer line network security and effectively improves the group customer perception on line service.
