The successful implementation of taxcollection and management system of Jixian solves the problems existing in theinformatization construction, and local actual difficulties in tax collection andadministration work, as well as scientific and standardized and perfect the managementof the tax bureau tax collection business process and service process. More significant isthat the successful implementation of tax collection and administration system, not onlyto promote effects of tax reform, also the management of the tax collection andadministration work of tianjin jixian county tax bureau, specification, training, improveefficiency, etc have important practical significance. On the technical route, the system adopts B/S structure, using Tomcat as a Webserver, database server use SQLServe2005, development language for the Java language.To the database using Hibernate encapsulate JDBC connection and operationtechnology to realize, so that the running speed of the Web server and databaseoperation efficiency are improved.
