Design And Accomplishment Of Management Information System Of Project Fund Based On J2EE Frame

According to the original fund management method, accounting standard and theactual cash receipts&payments have huge differences in many aspects such as time,which results in the mess of the company’s accounting. Management informationsystem of project fund simplifies the company’s project manager work by establishing asound database to unify the project management, which improves and standardizes thecompany’s project management especially the project resources management andrealizes resource sharing.To meet the development target of enterprises, the scientific and systematicmanagement on the enterprise’s project fund must be performed. The informationmanagement must be applied, i.e. setting up management information system of projectfund based on the software platform and ensuring the unification, standardization andeffectiveness of data and analyzing the data in the database to make the overall plan anduse of the company’s fund and to maximize the effectiveness of the fund utilization.This thesis makes extensive analysis, according to the various demands raised bydifferent departments in the contract management mode, project fund plan processingmode, management information system of project fund, of the system design principle,system hardware, network platform, system software platform design, systemapplication software design during the development process of the managementinformation system of the project fund. The thesis also clarifies the application of therelated knowledge of software development in software engineering to research&develop management information system of project fund.Based on research and investigation in demands made by various departments,considering the needs of enterprise development and the practical work requirements,the thesis offers a management information system of the project fund. The design ofthe information system is based on the enterprise’s daily financial work whilecombining the fund management concept and the practical work conditions. The systemuses the paralleled structure of C/S and B/S. Based on the company intranet and theInternet, the system uses Oracle database system and WEB server platform uses Jbossand software design and development tools such as Eclipse, PL/SQL Developer,Photoshop, and Dreamweaver are also applied. Based on the principle and the concept of software development, the design principle and the goal of the project fundmanagement system are illuminated.The summary: the system functional test shows that the information managementsystem runs well and can bring great convenience to the management of project fundand input fresh bloods to the enterprise’s management in the future by improving thereasonable use of funds and optimizing the allocated funds. Therefore, this system isproved to be a relatively multi-functional and extensively-used managementinformation system of project fund.
