As the coming of the information age and the rapid development of digitaltechnologies, the issue of information security is gradually valued by people. Graphicimages, text, audio and video become very convenient through the storage, replicationand dissemination of digital technologies.In order to get reproduction which exactly thesame as the original information or the data,people can obtain relevant informationthrough the Internet quickly and easily. According to the reports of United StatesBusiness Software Alliance (BSA) which published in May2008show, the lossesbecause of global software piracy are up to$48billion. In spite of the rate of China’ssoftware piracy have been declined for three consecutive years, but it is still in its82%high proportion, so the phenomenon that people make the audio encryption,authentication and copyright protection is also increasing. In this context,digitalwatermarking technology came into being. It can effective protect the property rightsof digital content, primarily through the identification mark which is set in the digitalinformation copyright protection to achieve.In today’s digital watermarking technology, Wavelet tool is widespread attentionby its robustness, as well as strong actions.Putting the Digital Watermarking in frozenpicture with good effect at the same time, you must have a scientific excellentWatermarking algorithm, which possess except robustness、 imperceptibility、capacity(also called the payload)three basic characteristics,embedded security,versatility,high computational efficiency are also required.Imperceptibility and robustness is acouple of contradiction, so there must be a compromise between the two, that isembedding watermarks as much as possible under the premise of imperceptibility.Taking into account the middle ground between imperceptibility and robustness,we can transform watermarks embedding method into Visual masking and Energycapability.Start with the wavelet theory and the digital image watermarking technology,this article will propose a method of digital watermark technique based on wavelettransform.
