The Laboratory Management Information System is an integrated solutionplatform where the laboratory management personnel solve a series of problemsthrough computer network, such as laboratory running records, reporting andconsumption of laboratory supplies, laboratory material lending records, laboratorymaintenance records, laboratory equipment damage records, records of laboratorypersonnel on duty, etc. Through this platform, thesis-based records can be convertedinto digital records, and they can be linked up and operated between each other, so as tostreamline workflow ultimately to improve work efficiency to avoid mistakes, and makelaboratory management more scientific and rational.This thesis starts from the problems encountered by the Experimental andTeaching Management Center of Yibin College in work management process, designsand realizes Laboratory Management Information System. B/S mode is used for theprogram framework, and the technology of ASP.NET is mainly applied in programdesign.C#of Microsoft Visual Studio.net2010which is the new product of SoftwareCompany is applied to develop the foreground and background software. And MicrosoftSQL Server2008R2database system which is popular and developed by Microsoft isadopted.The function of each module of the process is tested individually after theprogramming is completed, so as to ensure the function of each module meets thedesired requirements and shoulders the daily maintenance, upgrade and management ofthe system after it runs on-line.The establishment of Laboratory Management Information System can helplaboratory management staff to improve their work efficiency and management level,ensure the data accuracy and consistency in the summary of each semester and show theoperation process of streamlining workflow better in the department check. It plays anirreplaceable role in real-time data updates and information transfer betweenadministrators.
