BSS (Business Support System) is an IT support system which closely related with the telecommunications business, its principles are customer-centric, market-oriented and benefit-aimed. It achieves full customer management, all products customized, full-service acceptance, full channel access, the whole process of configuration and unified interface management.In the telecommunications business, both network resource and customer resources are closely related with the address. Because there are developer name, custom name, PSB name, different street entrance and other factors, BSS systems have different names for the same address, it is easy to choose the wrong address. Meanwhile, there are no standards for the salesperson to select address when using BSS systems. That is easy to cause the degree of automatic resource configuration low, chargeback increased, and Grid Marketing Support System cannot automatically arrest cell and room. These conditions affect users’satisfaction. With the deep development of businesses precision management and Grid Marketing, address data, as the key part of telecom basic data, its degree of formalization and standardization directly impacts on the development of enterprise management, equipment maintenance, personnel deployment and outside service.In this thesis, the overall architecture, technical architecture, address classification and address model, database structure and system functions are designed. In this system, based on the massive address data saved by Nanjing telecommunications, the problems of standard address front accepting, rear accurately maintenance, and resource allocation in the process the "light of copper" are solved by using advanced "areas+names+address (coordinate)" modeling approach and FIREFOX browser plug-in mode. That can rapidly increase the automatic configuration rate and accuracy of orders, reduce chargeback behavior and shorten the length of the process and enhance the user perceptions through resource capability. In addition, for supporting marketing, the system can implement the automatic management of new fixed-line, broadband arrest grid and market unit to improve the efficiency and accuracy and provide strong support for precise grid marketing.The research results have been put into use and have good effect.
