| Auditing is to make the data collection and analysis of evidence to assess the financial situation of enterprises. Then give data and generally accepted standards for the degree of correlation between the conclusions and reports. Transformation of the audit work is first in the concept; the second is in practice, then by the means. Among them, to achieve the transformation of the audit, the most important task is to audit management systems through the application of information technology to enhance the enterprise, strengthen auditing and efficient use of resources and quality of work.The thesis is based on the audit management situation of China National Petroleum Corporation, combined with the state of the relevant provisions of audit work and requirements, used software engineering principles and methods of the object-oriented method to complete the audit management system requirements analysis and system design. The thesis discussed on the system background and significance of the research, the main work of this thesis is given and the thesis structure of the system development techniques are described. In the system requirements analysis phase, the thesis gave a analysis of key business processes, combined with China’s audit work status of the oil, the goal to build the system was given, the system’s main function is divided into six modules, which ware audit plan management, audit preparation, audit implementation, audit end, simplify on-site implementation, system administration. And UML use case diagrams and use cases describe ware given to analysis the functional requirements of each module, and also gave the system non-functional requirements. In the system design phase, the thesis gave the system design principles, the system function structure diagram, system functional design, database design system, the system’s operating environment, and the system functional design module gives the system six function modules UML class diagrams, sequence figure, the interface and the program processing flow diagram, in the database design, through the analysis of the main entities and their relationship of the system, thesis show E-R diagram, and gives tables of the database design. Finally, the system operating environment requirements ware given, including server hardware and software configurations, hardware and software configuration of the client PC machines. The final of the thesis is a summary and outlook, presented in this article summary and next steps. |
