Since China joins to the WTO, economic productivity is developed rapidly, materials bcomes more and more, it is important to manage materials, how to reduce costs, supplies and administer improve efficiency of apractical problem to be resolved. With the computer development quickly, people come into the era of the paperless office, in material management, the computer makes its can satisfy all kinds of management information system for the requirements of data management and transaction processing of large amounts of data management needs, let the computer instead of manual repetitive chores, can save a lot of resources, such as human resources.Today, the material management system is divided into many kinds, with warehouse material management systems, enterprise systems, materials management, material management system, and each managed object, scope and management are different, the system in paper is material management system of Dongguan University of Technology logistics group, which is for in and out register and see about the storehouse’s material. In allusion to the fact need of the enterprise of Dongguan University of Technology logistics group, regard every module as the boundary line and regard in and out manage and see about as keystone, this paper analyze system’s function and describe the whole subsystem’s frame, technology point in the actualized course and the function about in and out manage and see about storehouse’s material.This paper is divided into five parts, introduce the "up to down" collectivity programming and "down to up" policy of empoldering this subsystem’s particular course.
