UPS is widely used in communication, commercial, industry control. However compared with advanced level all over the world, the designation and technology of high frequency digital on-line UPS of our country is relatively backward.In this thesis, a kind of digital on-line UPS, which is based on embedded operating system, strategy is discussed. A sample machine is manufactured and debugged.A simple typology of PFC (Power Factor Correction) circuit is designed. DC side has double DC BUS, but only one inductor is shared by the two BUS. Compared with traditional double BUS PFC topology an inductor is decreased. Concerning PFC hardware designation, creation of PFC circuit small signal mathematic model, designation of PFC control system control structure which is based on repeated control theory, PID control rule, and feed forward are introduced. Finally, the control algorithm is implemented on DSP56F8356and completely debugged on the whole machine.Diode neutral point clamped three level inverter is adopted. The voltage on IGBT is largely decreased. With regard to control, only need to design proper switch function, the control of three-level inverter is as the same as half bridge inverter. Designed output filter, built the mathematic model of three-level inverter which is based on state-average method, designed inverter controller that is based on repeated control, PID regulation, feed forward. Finally,the control algorithm is realized on DSP56F8356and completely debugged on the whole machine.On the control hardware designation, voltage and current sample circuit, IGBT driver, STS driver, DSP smallest system, anolog to digital converter module and PWM module of DSP56F8356are also designed and debugged.Because of some limitation of traditional forward and backward system, in this essay, the firmware structure is based on embedded operating system. Transplanted an embedded operating system to DSP56F8356, distributed tasks and discussed main time flow of UPS software.
