The online declaration system has a lot of advantages, such as, it saves paper resources, it decreases the manual error rates, and it simplifies the declaration steps, to name but a few. In addition, it is good to increase the enthusiasm of declared teachers, to collect, save and calculate teachers’ information. So the design and implementation of primary and secondary school teachers declaration system perfectly promotes the development process of key teachers’declaration work.This paper copes with the current situation of key teachers’declaration process, takes the whole situation into account, bases on the practical request of declaration and review, and constructs the declaration and management system of primary and secondary school teachers in Liaoning province. There are three big modules in the system; each is based on users’ different characteristics and work. The first module’s function is that the county user types in the teachers’declaration information, then the city and province users review the teachers’ declaration information and give opinions; besides, the province user can also analyze the teachers’information. We stresses on the design and implementation of the third module, it is good to help the managers to understand the current situation of primary and secondary school teachers by collect, process and analyze the primary and secondary school teachers’ information. This system is an open digital information service platform which takes the teacher declaration work as core and takes review work as supplementary. It uses the B/S model, structured data management and the software engineering development idea. At the present stage, this system has been running for six months, and gets good user-reflections. The design of this system effectively standards the flow of primary and secondary school teachers’ declaration and management, and is helpful to construct a resource conserving society. |
