Interactive Analysis Of Micro-era Network Of Public Opinion Agenda

In recent years, incidents of the network public opinions appeared frequently, the new media, especially the rising of the microblog also accelerates the spread of the network public opinions, what has a significant impact on the whole society. As an emerging public opinion field, microblog has become the high-occurrence place of public opinion. Interaction is the overriding characteristics of public opinion transmission. Of which, the interaction among media, the public, and policy agenda has become the main acting force promoting public opinion development. This paper shall analyze the evolution mechanism of network public opinion under micro-era from the angle of agenda interaction, and conduct in-depth discussion on the influence role of agenda interaction to network public opinion transmission under micro-era via the methods such as literature analysis, text analysis and case analysis. In addition, it shall introspect on the problems of agenda interaction of network public opinion transmission under micro-era.This paper mainly consists of five parts. This first part mainly expounded on topic background, topic meaning, literature review, research problem, research method, and innovation points of paper, and defined its research objects. The second part mainly illustrated the relevant theory of agenda interaction, and elaborated on media agenda, public agenda, and policy agenda, as well as the interaction relations among the three and characteristics of agenda interaction under new media environment. The third part mainly explored and analyzed agenda interaction phenomenon of network public opinion under micro-era from the angle of case analysis. Taking the evolution route, evolution rule, and evolution elements of network public opinion under micro-era as analysis points, the fourth part further proposed the evolution mode of agenda interaction of network public opinion under micro-era, and expounded on such model combining with typical cases. The fifth part mainly introspected on the problems existing in agenda interaction of network public opinion under micro-era, and pondered on the route for achieving benign agenda interaction.
