| Along with the progress of communications technology, in order to improve the competitiveness of3G in communication market,3GPP at the end of2004started the long term evolution of LTE technology. At the same time, the number of users has greatly increased in business, the wireless communication system capacity and quality requirements are also continuously improved, so how to utilize the limited wireless resources to meet the growing needs of users has become an important question in mobile communication system.RAC is an important part of RRM which is to achieve the optimal use of resources. According to RAC rule, we can determine whether to grant the business established. RAC is to ensure high efficiency of resource utilization and at the same time ensuring the QoS of the established RBs. The main contents are as follows.1. Based on the research of3GPP protocol, analyzing RAC applications and the allocation of LTE system resources.Designing the process of RAC is to handle lots of new RBs happening at the same time.2. Studying traditional RAC strategy, the queue priority strategy and fully distinguish strategy. The former can embody fairness but cannot guarantee QoS of the priority service, and fully distinguish strategy is not high on resource utilization rate. Combined with LTE system, an improved admission control strategy has been putted forward. This improved method not only can realize the relative fairness of different priority access, at the same time, make full use of the limited resources.3. Studying resource estimation methods of LTE system and then putting forward a kind of new resource estimation method in order to estimate resource which is needed for business more easily and quickly.4. Based on the3GPP protocol, LTE system modules has designed and implemented and has builded a LTE system level simulation platform which can simulate the multi-cell and multi-user communication mechanism. On this platform, realizing the whole process of RAC.Meanwhile improved control strategy and the traditional schemes have a performance simulation and comparison result. |
