With the prevailing of Internet, the combination of embedded system and internetbecomes a trend. Meanwhile, with the development of industrial automation, fieldbusmore and more regions, laying costs, load capacity and other restrictions. There arevaries of fieldbus like CANbus、Lonworks、Profibus、FF, it’s difficult to unify the portprotocol standard of the control system. Considering the situation, embedded deviceswhich take advantage of having access to Internet functions were designed to make theindustrial field data collection and information transmission carried out directly on theIntranet/Internet, to combine the industrial control and Internet organically to achievelimited regional industrial remote control, and more better to meet the actualdevelopments in the field of industrial control needs.In the paper, high performance and low power consumption of the32-bit ARMmicroprocessor are applied as central processing unit and combined with Digital I/Ointerface, serial interface, display and touch screen interface, network interfaces. Thekernel code of Linux operating system was studied. The control interface for data inputand display and control algorithm was designed base on the Qt user interfacedevelopment environment. Embedded WEB server is established and related parametersof control system was set via Internet explorer with human-computer interaction. Byincremental PID control algorithm, parameter can be adjusted in real time. Finallythrough the testing and debugging, complete the design and implementation of theremote controller.
