Nowadays, with the increasingly intense of the competitive situation, theplatform of the current Mobile Intelligence terminal operation system shows thephenomenon that a hundred schools of thought contend. The fixed-line operatorshave been influenced by Internet, IN(intelligent network), mobile voice, fixed-linetelephone business etc, its profit margins have become smaller and smaller,whitchcries out for finding out a new way of sustainable development. Therefore,fixed-networks value-added services have become an urgent affair for fixed-lineoperators.With the rapid increase of the amout of mobile terminal and smartphones, thedeveloping focus of the software development is converting to mobile platform.Nevertheless, on accout of that there are many operating systems in MT, such as,IOS, Android, etc. So according to the different systems,one and the same functiondevelopers should develop different procedures, which will lead to a high cost ofdevelopment and maintenance.Therefore, there is in urgent need of coping withthe problem of the platform.But there is much weakness in the solution ofplatform.It can’t be used massively. The technology of HTML5with webapplication may become the best solution.This design has achieved the transfer system of across most mobile operatingsystems of Fixed-line calls. The system divide into mobile clients andserver-side.The mobile clients-side uses HTML5、Javascript、Java、struts、SS7,andother technologies to realize cross-platform through browser. Using the PhoneGapto achieve Javascript Script language calling phone, Tablet computer system apis,Finally using compile tools under the Android environment to compile the codeand generate the mobile applications. On this way, the mobile application needs todevelop the code once only, and then it can work in defferent mobile platforms.Server-side implementation uses Java language to achieve, on the basis of thecross-platform framework to implement module: LoginModule, register,Homepage module, etc. Especially the difficulty of the Android platform Strutsframework decoder. On the basis of the Media extension framework of PhoneGapto make fixed telephone calling forwarding, deleting, binding, accretion, and so on.T This article focuses on analysis of the Android mobile platform mobile fixed call forwarding system design and architecture, system-based function modules, andits final system testing, verified by testing a fixed call forwarding technology indifferent mobile platforms feasible, such as its promotion to achieve its economicbenefits.
