| With the release of ’1st File’from government, the key to solve’three rural’ issues is to speed up the development of modern agriculture, the symbol of which is intelligent monitoring. Intelligent video monitoring system has been developing rapidly due to its advantages, such as digital, intelligent and long-range etc. Intelligent video monitoring systems also has a wide range of applications as well as a huge business needs with maturity and development of3G technology. All these make intelligent video monitoring a hot research topic.The paper firstly introduces research background and achievements have made in intelligent agriculture monitoring. According to the user’s real requirements, the paper designs a monitoring scheme for agriculture based on3G and DaVinci processor TMS320DM365. The monitoring scheme implements SD/HD video capture, hardware coding, transmission of3G and detecting of moving targets. The remote users can observe real-time video through PC client or phone client.The main work of this paper can be summarized as follows:1. Considering the actual needs of agricultural remote monitoring and main monitoring schemes in the market, the paper designed an intelligent video monitoring system based on3G and DaVinci processor TMS320DM365which is specifically for multimedia processing.2. The paper completed the hardware design with module method. The functional units includes audio and video capture circuit, memory circuit, clock circuit,network circuit, peripheral interface circuit, power circuit,3G module circuit.3. The system completed the moving target detection.The paper introduces the principles of optical flow method, background differentiating method and frame differentiating method in detial. For intelligent agriculture monitoring,the paper adopted the frame differentiating to detect the moving object and then analysed the effects under different thresholds.4. The paper accomplished software design. The first step is to build Linux software platform, including the system start mode, the loading of UBL and U-Boot bootstrap program, as well as the burn of Linux operating system and file system. In addition, we designed the software part of audio and video capturing, encoding, internet transmitting, surveillance interface and so on.5. The paper completed the system functional test, the test shows that the intelligent agricultural monitoring system design has achieved the expected target. |
